There's no way I will post every day about my "healthy living"!
But yes, I was out there this morning @ 6am (waiting inbetween the doors I was so early!)
We sort of have a rule that the dogs shouldn't be sleeping on the bed, mostly because there is no room left for us!! But sometimes, they get spoiled...
Today is Day 1 of my "get healthy" routine.
I was up at 5am to be here for 6am.
I am using the routines from this book and this book. I photocopied the pages and put them in a duotang that I will take with me every morning. I feel silly carrying it around, but I won't feel silly in one years time! And I'm sure eventually I will just memorize the routines.
I am also following this "diet". I put quotations cause I hate the word diet. And cause this isn't really a diet, it's just a better way of eating. I try to be natural in other ways in our life, so why not the most basic, the FOOD I put in my body!
There are quite a few books. I have tried alot of the recipes and even though sometimes they can take a bit of time (for an inexperienced cooker like me!) they are really good! If you read this magazine and this magazine, there are also lots of good recipes as well.
